Bio:

Maharaj is a first-year Ph.D. student working in Natural Language Processing (NLP). Prior to joining the Ph.D. program, he gained experience in building data resources and processing tools for the low-resource language Bodo. Additionally, he has conducted research in machine translation and the identification of tonal words and their meanings from textual data in the Bodo language.
